ARC is a Healthcare Professional to Patient verbal communication tool adapted from ISBAR. It can be used by any multi-disciplinary team (MDT) member. Designed to be used at the point of discharge home or admission to the wards. ARC is a succinct way to clarify the salient points of a consultation and check patient understanding.
